at best you can only do tandem parking. so think abt this point.

even strata, you still can extend the rear of your house, of course subject to 'approved designs' by JMB, not like individual title's link where everyone suka suka can extend.

you should compare Strata title with individual title.

all new development started with master title....later they will reassign to either strata or individual.

and the backlane.......

you need to ask LBS if all units have the same backlane or only one special row.

from wat I see, its hardpress for developer to provide each unit for such backlane of 30' or more....unless this is a high end development.

Yr lbs link house wont have back lane like in artist illustration unless u bought the limited end lot with wide backyard.

U will be utterly dissapointed with the outcome.

Even simedarby expemsice home also no labdscaoe backland.

Why u want to jog at the back of people backlane where ppl are busy cooking?

You want well kept township and yr budget is under 600k go for MR2. Fully strata title.

Otherwise whatever township fall under this price range will be the same sorry state after x yrs

Take the chance to explore the area more. See traffic there, makan shops there, shopping shops there...all not wasted de.
Remember u r not just buying a house there. You are buying into the whole area the whole township.

ecause the township is gated and guarded and it has all the facility like badminton hall that satisfied my needs. LBS also will build school and shop lot in upcoming years. I also hope this area will develop more in the future.
