TS,

Before convincing yourself that you have a medical condition, why not practice public speaking - there is no other better place that Toastmasters. These guys know how to do it, and they know how to overcome the challenges.

I suggest you find a Toastmasters club nearby your place, go for a few sessions as a guest, then see how you feel. If you're not comfortable in one club you can always go try out another club.

Thanks for your suggestions.

But i thought the point of toastmaster (or overcoming your fear) is to escape from comfort zone? Can i still learn these the comfortable way?

Yes, the whole point is to get out of your comfort zone and to get used to public speaking.
What I meant in my previuos post is that if you don't like how things are done (or timing or location) in one Toastmasters club you can always attend as a guest at another location.

Give it a try, most of the people I've met from Toastmasters are very sociable and helpful. They're also very supportive of newbies.
