Good morning everyone!!!

Recently viewed one sub-sale double terrace 18x55 (front&back fully extended) 4Room 2 Bathroom

However there's a TNB SubStation (Small one in housing area) one unit next~

It's a leasehold unit, location wise is good. My main concern just the TNB-SUBSTATION~

Asking price is 540k, I'm wondering is it worth to buy own stay and rent few rooms out~

Went through many links or google related topic however answer still ambiguous, will it harm to our health???

Don't send me the link previously discussed like 5yrs ago as I need real case opinion
(eg: you're the house owner or tenants)

Thank you and appreciate if you can give me a good advice.

If you want a specific answer you gotta by a Gaussmeter and take the reading throughout your house. Then you will get your definite answer to it.

You will most likely need to import though maybe via e-bay.

What is the price for non-TNB facing units?
Need to compare.
For rental play, TNB facing not doable.

What type substation is it? Small P/E? Or PMU/PPU/SSU?

put aside the health concerns, you may be harder to find buyers in the future when you decided to let go.

unless is very good deal or i will look else where.

I would not get such a unit. Taboo or not, you would have something to blame ahould anything happen after you stayed in this house. Reselling in the future might be an issue now.

If comparing this small substation against HTC and BTS antenna, which one is the worse and which one is the least if the distance from the unit is similar?
