Getting to level 100 is easy later in the game .


farm 3 x embroidered tippet ( double exp ) for your characters , poach them from Coeurl ( Tchita Uplands )
Get to Hennes mine later stages and farm huge amount of exp from Bats spawned from the junction switch. ( 120k exp every 10-15 seconds )


Small demo from my video :

1) Have at least 2 characters with Curaja learned , set up gambit with > foe > any > Curaja as the top priority .

2) Get the 2 healers characters buffed with Faith .

2) Have your Black mage ready to spam Sleepga on the legion of bats . foe > any > Sleepga as top priority

4) Cast decoy on your most Tanky hero .

5) Clear the bats , move 2 screens away from the function , return to flip the switch again

Eventually when your tank get high enough level to tank the the swarm of bats , you can swap the black mage or have her spam Scathe for even faster clear .
For alternative , have your red mage and other Magician base character spamming Scathe and Ardor w/burning bow is a good way to clear the bats as well




You sound like you are trying to brute force the game thru high levels, levels are not very meaningful in the late game.
If your party composition and gambits weren't setup correctly , the endgame boss like Omega will crush you in a matter of seconds.
