perhaps it is just me.

I posted one last msg in Clareen's Garage Sale mobile page. strangely enough i can no longer access her thread. performed a search and her thread link is not accessible. Can someone verify it please.

I notified her dispute tag while browsing her thread, and punch in the last line without much thought.

So soon after I finished 4 pages reading of this dispute thread, I see the need to study Clareen's Term & Condition(I recalled she does have one) before commenting. to my suprise I end up with dead link.

My stand is: let's we hear both sides story before passing your very own conclusive statement.

With the given information, Shezzar you believes the seller Clareen post your item on the 12th Jan, based on postal stamp date. If it is so, you have all very rights to question one day delay in postage after completing transaction on the 9th. Clareen as a seller needs to clerify on this matter. Noted that the final chained decision we conclude here (ie Clareen need to clerify) is based on a presumptive premise(item posted on 12th). This means that if item is not post on 12th, Clareen own you no explain. This is because the premise is not true so does the conclusion.

Again, I like to say before we listen from the seller it is premature to pass any conclusive judgement.

Secondly, personally I do not know much about business ethics. Simple search with google and wikipedia, I do not see others define business ethics as you did. Of course you didnt define it explictly. I refer to what we known as implicit conclusion.

I see your propositions are generally encircles on seller's unethical conduct ie not responding to potential buyer's enquiry(general one i mean eg asking price, bargaining and etc). While I do agree seller ought to be responsive to after-sale service(like someone raise question about possible counterfeit battery, or request for consignment no for parcel) within an acceptable timeframe, my opinion is the seller has no obligation to answer all possible general enquiries.

My opinion is, the seller Clareen is not deserve with the label as an unethical merchant being too ignorant to reply general enquiry.

I never deal with you but I dont try to stereotype people.

Yes you got a dispute tag but that doesnt mean you are bad seller. Your costomer question your credibility so too you have right to explain and defend yourself.

I hope others can listen from both side before further making any comment. Stop the blaming who's right or wrong. That's ugly man.

Clareen, sincerely I see you a bit emotional. Go get yourself a glass of water. you cannot defend yourself without being clear minded and rational thinking.
