The best way, IMHO as i've mentioned earlier is to send to SE Service Centre rather than making your own assumptions whether they are genuine or not. I believe SE Staff will have the last say whether they are genuine or not.

However they did mention, those "still" could be original Midland batteries, those that were refurbished. That's why you see the wrapping and slight differences.

refurbished could also explain why alienfighter's IMEI number on the phone and box doesnt match, as well as his weird problem with the total call time.
