i agree with gribblez , it is very very helpful if you can watch a moives with english spoken medium coupling with english subtitles.that is very very helpful in improving ur english speaking & listening skills as well as expanding your vocabs, but do remember to bring a pencil and a piece of paper alongside with you so that you can jot down the vocabs and words that you don't understand or that u just aren't sure about it, you can guess the words from the interactions of the characters, but after all, u gotta find the real vocabs urself by using oxfords dictionary(highly recommended)...
that is parts of improving ur english, in my humble opinions.=)
