What yu need is basic. Start from basic. Unless yu want to crash course, of course. Wait till yu do presentation in the real working environment. Yu'll be even laughed at. Did yu know a poor presentation can cost dearly for yu or your co. of landing a project?.

Since the groundworks can be laid upon, there's less worries in that department. The key issue is your communication skills. Enriching your vocabularies is a good start. Try converse in English whenever and wherever possible.
