what is the distance from the high tension cable? 50 meters? 100 meters?

The pond is not part of the site of havre?
If not part of it, that means there might be future development that will block the good view.

HTC carries electricity with 132kV.
Sub station involves only electricity with 415V~33kV.

Which one do you think requires more safety distance?

To ease the worries of purchasers, may be is a good idea to have someone to measure the EMF using a gauss meter at the site and share the info/findings here.
