What will happen to the people who placed the booking, but couldn't pick the units that they want, able to get back the booking fees?

Yeah, let's see how developer plan the layout and direction?
Even if with wall built, the tenant will still see the HTC.
Worse if the HTC very near say 100M away.

Saw the sales booth at Parkson OUG. This is what I call a waste of money project. Why is anyone buying here? Next to HTC and cemetery? Secondly at 530psf it isn't cheap for a leasehold property. Kiara 2 I have seen au sale of just completed project some at under 500psqft, next to LRT, less jammed location, u have better layout choices.

Secondly how the F did they get approval for such density at that location bewilders me! But then with so much of bloody corruption in Councils, I am not surprised.

If you are buying for own stay, look for a better location, IMHO. If you are buying for investment, forget it, your yield will be no where close to your repayments. At such low rents, chances are renters will go for pavilion units. There are ppl dreaming in this forum that someone will pay 2-3k for BJ units rent, we'll show me who? Best I have seen is 2-2.5k for fully furnished 1400sqft units.

the builder offers rumah kemampuan, hence managed to get such density at such location.

mentioned walking distance to pavilion BJ....all other -ve factors are white noise only..... tongue.gif
