Saw the sales booth at Parkson OUG. This is what I call a waste of money project. Why is anyone buying here? Next to HTC and cemetery? Secondly at 530psf it isn't cheap for a leasehold property. Kiara 2 I have seen au sale of just completed project some at under 500psqft, next to LRT, less jammed location, u have better layout choices.
Secondly how the F did they get approval for such density at that location bewilders me! But then with so much of bloody corruption in Councils, I am not surprised. If you are buying for own stay, look for a better location, IMHO. If you are buying for investment, forget it, your yield will be no where close to your repayments. At such low rents, chances are renters will go for pavilion units. There are ppl dreaming in this forum that someone will pay 2-3k for BJ units rent, we'll show me who? Best I have seen is 2-2.5k for fully furnished 1400sqft units. |
