Hardly see any senior or experienced professional in this kind of launching simply because this industry do not appreciated the experienced people. This situation is very unhealthy and most of time, those SA has very limited kNowledge about product they sell and market analysis.

Non of the SA can tell me how many years this LEASEHOLD DEVELOPMENT remained with.....(balance LEASEHOLD).

Some not even know the land size, DBKL Zoning, plot ratio and density....

Only tell u response is good and many ppl give cheques.Hurry up...
