hello swimmer,
ever since i move to jln segambut i havent really go for swimming
even at my aprtment pool
i broke both my wrist early july and just healed
now fasting, so most probably after raya i should put again my goggles and trunk.

i think the near public pool here is in selayang, did anyone know any pool near by to jln segambut?

ceras will be quite far from here,
selayang is only about 10mnts using jln kuching
but um n bangar can be consider

there is pool at my aprtment but more like a 3-4 star hotel pool.
5 stroke you can reach end to end.

my stamina sure will drown a lot since ive not swimming for almost 4 months now. need to catch up a lot after fasting.

there a alot i guess, especially at bukit jalil
but i never had any proper training for swimming
just jump into the water and swim , hahaahaha
but what i did is go to the pool, observe, ask and practise.

but to get a proper lesson is good, especially when you had time for swim class. otherwise just go to the pool, get yourself with water first
especially the breathing part.

let me just list the pol that i ve been

1. Chin Woo Stadium (near Merdeka Stadium)
2. Bandar Tun Razak (next to the Lake)
3. Kelana Jaya (next to the Lake)
4. Bukit Jalil Sport Complex ( The Best Place for Swimmer!)

i just know this 4, but most of the time i go to Bukit Jalil and Bandar Tun Razak but that was when i live at kajang. Now im in Segambut, so the nearest will be Selayang pool but i havent been there yet.

preferably female because I'm also a female AND IM SHYYYYYYYYY ._.
*
im sure there are a lot of good female swimmer here to help you
just that they not happen to be online today

or else you can just click with any female swimmer here
and plan for a swim,

you need to get use with the water first before you swim
to control breathing underwater is the most important thing to learn.

the felling of swimming in the sea water and pool water are not the same. sea water is denser more then pool water. Therefore we shall fell a slight increase of pressure while swimming in the sea water.

In the sea i prefer to do free dive and relax swimming instead of intense stroke. It is not really a minute, more like almost a minute depending how the coral underneath look like, if it is so beautiful then i seriously love to spend more time underneath. smile.gif

Crap, have to wait until puasa is over then. Don't think I can stand swimming on an empty stomach. Will be fine in the water but would probably faint when I come out.
*
1st no swimming while fasting, later ur fasting makhruh or even worst batal, reason; water get into your nose and ears. not to mention if you fart in the pool.

just wait until next month, consider this month as a break time.

Now my target to pro in free style... hee.. sweat.gif dat one still fail.. but  frog style ok...
*
go for it man,
make sure you learn how to control you breath in the water.

few Qs for u
when you do the free style, did you exhale in the water?
or your face is all the way above water?

simple explanation
while doing the free style
you should inhale above the water and exhale in the water
you can either inhale and exhale for each stroke or few stroke then breath.

then you should make your whole body swing from left to right side. Meaning you body should face to the left when you right hand is going forward and otherwise.

try not to be stiff with the whole body facing down all the time. this will increase the resistance and end you get tired early.

hello guys

maybe after raya we can do something about it, now fasting lor

ive no prob to teach (im not that good, but im happy to teach what i know)

about what to wear and not to wear, for it is not a matter at all, cotton or no cotton, shirt on or shirt off

first, you need to know how to swim,
second if the pool is yours when no rules applies also nobody care
