anyway, just to let you guys know
i had a very wonderful moment at perhentian island
swim like no body business even at 12noon!

now my face and my body are so tanned!

but enjoy myself so much after almost 4 month not swimming,

i was in redang for last weekend for the perhentian island challenge,
i was the marshal for the event

next year i wil go as participant, cant wait to hit the thrill!

i was once at cin wu stadium
the pool is about 25meters if im not mistaken

but the shower and changing room is real bad
