Yeah mostly kids.
Since there are not many swimming competitions for adults and swim clubs are for training for swim competitions.

Float? Pull buoiy you mean?
My coach has never asked us to do butterfly with a pull buoy o_O
We use it for freestyle pull.
I dunno, maybe you can try if you're just focusing on your arms?

Are you kicking with your knees or your sternum?
Keep sinking in what sense?
Like when you come up to breath you'll just go down immediately?
I had this problem too last time but I forgot what my coach told me to do tongue.gif

Sorry, but how do you kick with your sternum?

Can't help it, was studying bio that time.
But now I can't remember what's the hip and waist bone called.

I dunno anything about Bukit Mertajam, but crash course, I think it's possible. If you swim everyday.

My brother wears goggle with power 300 I think. It's Ogival brand, not too expensive. I think I've seen 750+ power before?

There is an indoor swimming pool in bukit jalil. No idea how it is as I've not been there before.

I'm sorry I can't because I'm not familiar with it.
But you can go to the office at the pool and ask them about it.

You can just buy antifog and apply it on the goggles yourself.

Speedo products can be found in Royal Sporting House.. can't remember if that's the exact name, but something like that.

Well if you contact the inner lens with water, it'll wash the antifog away.

But if you're not training or something, I don't think you need antifog. I agree it's quite pricey.
