sifus, got a noob problem here, when i was young i used to be able to swim well..as long as i know my feet can touch the bottom i can swim non stop..then 1 day my instructor push me into a 7 foot deep pool and ask me to swim..i had to be rescued and was sick for a week..that was when i was in primary...now i m 20+ but still cant swim if my leg cant touch the ground n still kinda phobia from that incident..even with life jacket i will panic...how to solve this issue?? help pls

i am not sifu, but i experience before something similar... i was drowned before as a kid and recently just learnt breast stroke

i had phobia too... but what i did was i will swim from the 4 ft depth area (leg can touch the ground) into the 6ft depth area for 1 or 2 strokes then quickly u-turn back to 4 ft area... then when u are abit more confident then slowly increase to 3 stroke, 4 stroke.... till all the way

2nd thing i did was i will cling on the edge of the deep area, hold my breath, dunk myself under the water until i my leg touch the ground and quickly kick up back to the surface to breathe, and repeat...

u can ask a good swimmer to accompany u while practicing... good luck!

many people? what's the dresscode like? mostly people in speedos or in board shorts? i duwan to be the only speedo guy lols...... got entrance fee?

how to enter panasonic complex? public can just go over to swim or how?

Been swimming ever since move to condo 4 months ago. I swim freestyle but still in the process of mastering it..

of course u much change to the standard 'dress code' 1st lah

remember u must buy the entrance ticket at the counter 1st b4 u can jump in, there got jaga to check ur tickets
