sifus, got a noob problem here, when i was young i used to be able to swim well..as long as i know my feet can touch the bottom i can swim non stop..then 1 day my instructor push me into a 7 foot deep pool and ask me to swim..i had to be rescued and was sick for a week..that was when i was in primary...now i m 20+ but still cant swim if my leg cant touch the ground n still kinda phobia from that incident..even with life jacket i will panic...how to solve this issue?? help pls
