Every month I will receive RM3 for RM1000 spending. So for my case, the 0.3% is given every month even though less than RM5.

i dont know, i think it seems uob are shifting vox to the new card, to compete with mach. my 2 cents.
*
Lol..This new YOLO card is no match against Mach. Anyone will go for a card that has annual fee waiver with 12x swipes and no minimum spending required to get rebate.

Don't have.

You will get 0.2% cashback but some may consider it negligible.

Bill number still the same, the last 8 digits?
*
You dont even need to put in the correct bill number, as long as account number is correct, the payment will go through.

UOBPayOnline also can.

Correct, but it is very likely that 1 lump sum of RM1000 is meant for Aeon CC payment.

Hopefully the ones in Klang Valley are more hardworking. The one in Seremban super lazy and they had no ready stock in their CS area. Fine. They need more than 30 minutes just to bring those vouchers from their back end office to CS. rclxub.gif shakehead.gif
*
The one in Tesco Kepong is slightly better, 20 mins of waiting, even though that is the HQ.

I'm just thinking if it's possible that different ppl will be offered different option (conversion/addition) depending on their income level as per BNM's requirement. It makes sense to offer conversion to those who cannot hold more than 2 cards, while those who can are offered an additional card on top of existing VOX?  hmm.gif
*
Correction, it's not more than 2 card issuers, that is 2 banks, not 2 cards. So adding 1 more card from UOB should not be a problem. Furthermore YOLO income requirement is 36k, which is allowed to hold cards from more than 2 card issuers, subjected to bank's approval.

Sir, you're absolutely right. 2 card issuers, not 2 cards. My bad smile.gif

No worries. It is easy to get confused too if you are not familiar with the TnC.

I realise there is cash rebate and campaign cash credit in my vox card, what is the different?

and also my september cb should based on august right? transaction date instead of posting date, correct?
*
Cash rebate in unbilled transactions refers to 0.3% rebate while campaign cash credit refers to 5% rebate.

Yes for the 2 questions.

YOLO or ONE card better?

Both are different, depending on your usage. Yolo is more on online and dining while One is petrol, groceries, telco etc.

When you are logging into HL Connect, you will see the message at the background "HL Connect is now 24/7".

Anyway off topic already.

I wonder maybe UOB credit the cash back for Vox based on how early your eligible transactions were and when you maximized the rebate. Like I maximized it on 1st August and received cash back last week. Not sure about you guys. hmm.gif

UOB booth only layan new user application for Yolo? Exisiting users have to call in to apply?
*
My guess is that these agents only target new customers to hit their target. Existing customers might not contribute to their target.

Hey guys, need your advice for my friend here. CS called him today who requested to apply YOLO. He holds Vox card and in UOB system his annual income is still below 36k as he didn't update his income. To his surprise, CS actually offered him to convert Vox to YOLO, saying this is a special promo for all Vox holders, if don't have Vox then have to follow the RM36k rule. Still it is subject to approval. My friend then wanted to send his income document to secure the application but CS said even if you submit document chances are still 50-50. I told him better to submit his income docs otherwise if rejected have to wait for 3 to 6 months, or can appeal using current salary slips, but better submit first right?

convert from vox to yolo i dont think they see your annual income...
cos the cs (my case) said to me is change batch by batch, means all vox user got chance to get yolo...
*
Ok. That makes sense though as he also no need to submit any docs. Will update his application status here then.
