so not based on statement date? because my statement date is around 16/17. i view back uob one card, is around 16 17 too. so I assume is statement date
*
For UOB One, the rebate follows statement date. Vox is different date, but when it is credited, everyone will get it at the same time, almost.

Add up all your May spending and x5% = RM36.45

As for 0.3% rebate of RM3.27, your total spending is RM1090, which I cant seems to total up.

(61.75+132.65+130.60+51+188)x5% = 28.20???

and how do u get 1090 spending?
*
There is another transaction in 27 May which is RM165.07.

The RM3.27 is the 0.3% rebate, which translates to RM1090 spending.

but 165.07 is with next statement... so confusing..

the 0.3% rebate is not calculated per statement?
*
UOB Vox rebate is based on calendar month.

My statement date 25th every month

I am so sorry, Vox 5% rebate follows calendar month.

QUOTE(cacheblue @ Jun 30 2016, 09:14 PM)
For UOB Vox, paid TNB via Posonline eligible for 5% CB also?
*
I suppose so, but there is a 2% convenience fee and 6% GST, better to pay through UOBPayonline. However, there will be a service interruption from today until 19 July for paying TNB on UOBPayonline, so just pay after 19 July.

The 0.3% is based on total spending of previous statement I.E. May statement. Add everything and * 0.3%.
I must admit I haven't seen into your attachment yet, if cannot tally I will check it out later. On mobile now.

Ok pls.. 10q!
*
Found it.

RM528.80 + RM61.75 + RM132.65 + RM130.6 + RM51 + RM188 = RM1092.8 * 0.3/100 = RM3.27

Thanks fruitie, I thought RM528.80 is not included.

Hi, anyone of you managed to get annual fee waived? I have two UOB card, Preferred Platinum and UOB One card. Both cards got charged for annual fees.

Anyone of you managed to get the annual fees waived? Arrr.... Rm1xx has been charged for each card.

Thank you

How long have you been using the cards? How much you spent on average for each card every month? You can call CS and threaten to cancel the cards, the retention team will contact you and counter-offer you back, hopefully.

I know because I reloaded few times too but it doesn't accept vouchers anymore for mobile reloads...

Yeah. If you refer the product description, the first point stated "This product is not eligible for voucher", meaning no code can be used on this product.

Hi,

I have UOB One card and Vox card which a combined limit of 5.5k.

If I want to cancel my uob one card, will my vox card be cancelled as well?
If not, will it affects my credit limit?
*
No they are separated so you can cancel 1 of them. The credit limit will be maintained as 5.5k for your Vox.

Thanks.

I have another question now but it may have asked in earlier posts.
It's regarding on the EPP and instalment plan as below:
[attachmentid=7078244]

So i will need to pay the i/y and one time upfront handling fees if the purchases is above RM500, but no need for purchases above rm1000?

Thanks in advances
*
For EPP yes there is an handling fee, but you can swipe anywhere, but for instalment plan, although it is 0%, it is available at UOB merchants only.

Agree, unless UOB got some promo like pay 11 months installment instead of 12, then still ok.

Question please

I noticed uob Vox website it stated exclude insurance, government, utilities and bill payments only

Does this mean if I use uob pay online and use Vox to pay, am I not eligible for cash back?

would like to update

previous transaction on posonline, and the transaction date was captured on 31st May instead on 1st June...

UOB indeed honor their promise and gave me cashback for that transaction... yeah full rm50 cash for june. july already fulfill rm50 cashback quota...
*
Now that is good info, but to be safe I would still perform any tranx after 8am. Save the hassle calling CS and keeping track.
