postage will be directly from Denmark. it is FOC. so far I haven't got any missing mail from Lego (I have only done once).

yes it includes any defective parts. I consider those "missing" as well.

like I said, both sides use logics. if its 1 or 2 parts per box, they (lego)understand and usually they will directly send without more questions. but if u abuse it, then its ur own fault ya...

for first time register with lego on missing parts, u will most probably get a mail to say u need to call them. so, u will need to call them to go through a few friendly questions.

hope this helps. go try! u shall do whatever it takes to make ur lego complete!

For the price you pay, that's the type of customer service they offer. I am sure Lego would try their best to replace the parts considering their reputation is worth more than 1 or 2 missing parts or defective parts.

Yes, just don't abuse this kind gesture from Lego! smile.gif

I bought a same design case (not LeLe branded though) for RM50 at GM Klang.
It has the same 3-steps too.
Fixing the cover was a hassle as I was worry the part would crack if I used too much pressure to connect the 5-piece together.

Collector hunts sell at RM200 if I am not mistaken. Many stocks.
I plan to buy, but ended up with the xmas train as my son prefer the train over the gingerbread house.
