Our condo just receive VP at Dec, and many issue is wait to be sorted out. One of the issue that i personally take into hand is the car park entrance of the condo.

I'm using motorcycle, and the card scanner is located at middle of slope, and is those old type need to scan at close distance type. So it is very dangerous for the motorcycle to go in as need to scan with my right hand, so my whole balance is depends on the right leg's brake. So a little slip on my leg, then sure will tumble down the slope.

So i email the concern to developer + management, and they moved the scanner to a lesser gradient slope instead flat surface just 1M away. Do note that only the entrance scanner is relocated, the exit scanner is still located at a very steep slope and any slip will cause us to hit the boom gate. Reason cited is the scanner need to be within 15M from the boom gate, and they dont have any plan to relocate anything because there are no designated parking for motorcycle and the whole thing is not designed with motorcycle in mind. They asked us to park outside of the condo, same with the visitors.

After checking the SPA, it is stated that the building car park shall be accessible for all vehicle. So based on the SPA, can i force them to relocate the whole thing? Do i have any case?
