Complain to MCMC? they dont even care, take more than 20days to respond ur complain , and those question is same as what they reply is like my conversation messenger. so ** speechless, unprofessional and unhelpful.

they are good not to launch unlimited burung hantu actually, too many people abuse to use it and make the network congest. they consider their network bandwidth , not like umobile, just let people in and dont even care the network congest problem.

ps , all just my opinion , i just say the truth. been using umobile for so many years, no doubt their marketing strategy is awesome but not service quality.

umobile LTE coverage so limited, i think it is not the time they introduce VOLTE yet. VOwifi is more benefit to umobile at this stage

anyone using wifi calling? just now i call back my number which are in wifi calling enabled i noticed that there is no call tone.

i can hear call tone after i switch off wifi calling.. is this a bug or what?
