Guys, I want to MNP from current Xpax prepaid to U Mobile prepaid.
I can just simply buy any U mobile prepaid sim card selling outside, and submit the MNP request at website right? Or need to go the U mobile center?

There's only 1 U Mobile center in Penang and last Saturday even waited 3 hours still not my turn, can't keep go wasting time like that.

Used xpax before, call/ data price is more expensive for me

I off background refresh and location is on all the time.. Morning left the house 6am with 100%, fb browsing, YouTube, internet surfing, whatsapp, bit of candy crush and Bluetooth on for 3 hours for wiresless headphone.. Reached home at 9pm with 12% left yesterday..

So i would say the battery life is good. But I'm still in transition period of holding off myself not to charge it when battery left 40%.. My previous s6e battery drain very fast so always panicking looking for charger..

Agree. I do speed test frequently. If I get a good result, it would be a really good result, like 5-7 Mbps. But if I get a bad result instead, it would be below 50kbps

U can lodge a complaint with their CS

they want to lower down their network congestion issue, if they do not make restriction comes to the end u cant even use internet at all
some more they will ask u change ur phone .. etc

I know it's painful to deal with them

I don't understand UMOBILE. It gives 300 free SMS on U28 but not a single free SMS on high tier packages like P70 and P98. We use SMS for official and business purposes too and to contact mom and dad who do not use smartphone.

According to this post, there might be a replacement for Backpack Data.

They've already got it right with the present free data roaming, they just need to extend it.

Facebook message which probably takes more than a day to get them to reply or just call up their hotline and waste an hour to get a Customer Service to serve you. Decent U Mobile customer service quality   

why umobile i cannot get LTE or 4G after change sim. First i thought maybe my phone problem. So i bought Celcom prepaid to test. my phone can get LTE. but when using back umobile sim, only get H+.hahaha.. ask umobile few times, they said change sim, sudah 3x liao. also the same. current using s6 edge. Any suggestion taiko2?
