i have encountered similar problems b4
web browser, facebook, google map cant access internt
whatapp, facebook lite, and speedtest work fine
after manually configure apn then prob solved

From day 11 onwards all calls & SMS are barred but the data in the bundle still can be used as usual. Only after reload then can make outgoing calls.

I don't think so. It has been upgraded to 4G at that area for more than half a year. Just 3 months ago this kind of weird things happen, the worst case is UMobile support never bother to reply me on this even I reported this few times.

guys just for sharing, 3G is more better than 4G if you are using U Mobile as your home broadband as incoming/outgoing call will automatically switch the network to 3G if you are in 4G network, thus causing internet interruption... wait until they support VoLTE then only this type of problem won't happening.

currently only 1u, sunway , time square...

Seems like UMobile's network is still not so stable. Had mix reviews from many users. Some positive, some negative but most were that the network is still not very stable and coverage is still not as good. Dropped calls are a common problem. Still considering whether to switch over.

U Mobile marketing strategy is really off.

their network actually don't have the capacity..

and with a lot people port over. the problem become much worse.

their strategy on selling cheap really did the job of getting more customers..

been a u mobile user for 4 years already. never had much issues with reception. as i have a company line on Maxis , i can compare the reception side by side and strangely there are times U mobile have better reception and where U mobile has no reception, the same goes to Maxis.

Just had a look at coverage map and noticed that U Mobile had introduced 4G to Kuching

but i think there is a limited passive period even we can subscribe to umi and use the data.
if the passive period ran off and you still don't want to reload, all the balance will gone and line will be barred forever...

always out of free basic internet quata less a month..
can any suggest me between umobile n digi n celcom? which one is better?
my main usage is for waze, FB and whatapps only..
