Aha, so there are two aspects to this.

1. active line
2. UMI

Seems to me that my line is not active (methink the expiry was 17/12), even though I have subscribed to UMI20 (period 27/11 - 26/12).

So to make it clear;

1. active line - ability to make outgoing calls/send SMS
2. UMI - ability to browse Internet, receive/send WhatsApp texts.

Is my understanding correct?

this 1 i not that smart leh, they normally won't teach dealers about these also, just sharing @ their website , sure got some1 using it and sharing soon

they share target, commissions, new plans only (mostly on postpaid),  customers' related services sometimes we figure out ourselves haha, like the Game Onz,

and not every dealer entitled to go ( and some entitled also not going )  so u can expect how blur and low skills dealers are who promoting umobile products

Anyone know if umobile broadband is gettting any free upgrades next year? Last year we got extra all-time 2GB bandwidth quota. Any news this year?

Currently using MB68 n quota not enough.

I think with Celcom's refreshed prepaid plan, Umobile might offer something new too. Hopefully they'll upgrade their postpaid plan to counter WEBE's offering.

But but, i always using 3g since there is no 4g at all in kelantan. Still good speed here despite not having LTE network. No video stream stuttering/buffering (360p) too while using cinema box, viu and youtube.
