System weakness or not, 10 orders of frp redemption without any purchase or payment in one go is way more extreme than the past codes like CL1 of course raised suspicion. For reference, funnytone's bill is like rm10-rm20 for 10 regular and 10 personal personal pizzas. For CL1, you have to pay rm20 for 3 pizzas with frp. For a manager who has never seen this thread, of course they're gonna feel like you're hacking the system.

The downfall of this group is that the discovery of that damn Frp with free personal pizza promo which is just too damn cheap to be overlooked. Smt8 and CL1 could have went on being used without raising flags for a long time.

But what's done is done and above all I'm glad to hear that you're okay. Probably not gonna order Dominos anymore if not cheap like before.

He's only paying rm2 for each order which is what made it raise suspicion. This is wayyy too good of a deal compared to previous promos where we have to pay at least rm10+. Pretty sure deep in his heart he knows that domino's is making a loss on each order. I can see why the manager is so mad because they have to bake 20 pizzas and yet lose money on it.

This is like the texas chicken near my place which moved the free drinks refill station to behind the counter because too many people bring 1.5 litre bottle to refill. No sign saying you cant refill to take home also mah. Just because you can abuse it doesn't mean you should.

From my experience working part time in chain fast food restaurants HQ will compensate the restaurant for that Shopee voucher.

The frp voucher if according terms aint supposed work without buying pizza. Just that there was a loophole because the website is shittily coded. It's his own fault for abusing it trying to claim 20 pizzas for rm10 which caught attention causing the manager to report him. That manager need to achieve KPI and baseline profit too otherwise he might lose his job. Imagine holding up all the ovens and staffs baking 20 pizzas for hours for no profit. Just because dominos is system based people forget that there are also humans working behind the scenes. We haven't reached the point where your pizzas are baked by robots okay. It's people like you that always complain about sellers not honoring transactions of iPhones mispriced by a zero on Lazada and then demand compensation vouchers. Typical Malaysian behaviour. Seen it all too common on this site. Just becaude it's legal and possible doesnt mean it's morally correct
