Yup... RG is exclusive for Iphone 6s/6s+. Call me kiasu, but at least people will know its a "S" model.

Take the faster card, but if you only plan to store video, pictures or songs, the slower card is just fine

Btw, I'm experiencing slight overheating when using fast charging. Should I turn it off because I tend to charge my phone when I go to bed at night.

I am using 128gb SanDisk 80mb rw, nowadays seriously slow especially playing movies. Sometimes all my files cannot open. Not sure whether the memory card issue or the phone itself.

Most likely card issue. Get another card and test it out.

You should turn it off if you don't intend to charge your phone quickly. It will be better for your battery.

The manual says it's normal for the phone to heat up during charging and there's supposedly a built-in cutoff if it overheats. However if you're going to charge it overnight then no need for fast charging then
