They have repainted the 2 tower and the car park as well. Most likely mid of Jan to hand over. Maybe? 🤞🏻

since it has so many hiccups lol, i wonder this few years left unmaintained got any impacts on the core / pipes etc

How will we find out when the handover is happening? I’ve not received any comms from the developer to date.

Latest from developer CCC will approve by end of Jan 2024. Mid Feb will start distribute key. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Got my notice of delivery of VP. I’m sure a lot of the other buyers would have got them too in the past week.

A couple of points -
1. There was supposed to be 2 years of free maintenance/service fee as part of the package but they are insisting for me to pay 4 months advance for the service fee. Is that usual?
2. They were unable to clarify the details nor process on how the deposit, booking fee and rebate would be returned to the buyer. Anyone managed to get something concrete from their office?

I’ve asked for clarification on both via email for now. Awaiting for response.

Not too sure, spoke to Country height residents. Actually that road was suppose to be their clubhouse but was sold privately by the developer. Now the new owner wants to build commercial on it but the residents are rejecting the land usage change so that guy blocks it and use it as a bargaining chip.

So it really depends on the country height folks
