My bank already start releasing money to the developer d and my agent latest up to me the target date of getting our unit will be in this Q3. Base on my agent feedback the are very few unit left. More than 90% have been sold.

Visited their showroom last month. I asked the ppl mending the showroom why the delay and when can we expect them to deliver? The answer i got was, the main piping still have not connected to the building. There are some issue like which main pipe they need to connect from. Either from Selangor part or KL part. Also they said expected earliest will be around 2024 Q1. 😔😔😔

  Latest update at the site. Showroom sales said VP tentatively to be mid DEC 2023. Chatted with the security a bit and they said a lot of staffs working on Hampton right now. Saw lorries delivering items to site and also unloading a lot of aircond units. 🤞🏻 hopefully they really can deliver by this year end.
