For me, the L shaped balcony is great if one loves a small garden or perhaps decorate it with some comfy chairs to enjoy the view of Genting.

L shape balcony is good if the apartment size is huge enough, maybe above 1600 or above 2000 sq ft size. And the overall price is also the key bcz balcony is cheaper cost for developer to build.

Hey I dropped by last Saturday to view the show unit. Planning to book 924sf in these 2 days. Surprising the master bedroom is so grand for me. For me, I would say the entrance isn't an issue for me coz for own stay purpose, plus working at PJ area. Can escape from toll+ low density. Recommended 👍🏼

I think combination of many factors. The absolute price >RM750K probably already eliminate 90% of prospect buyers in LYN (not disrespect to some SIFUS here). Coupled with Mayland reputation and unfamiliarity of CHD address, I believe partly contribute to mute response in the forum.

My observation is many threads in LYN not many engaging discussion and most active threads are just chui sui so I guest it is all goes well whether got buzz or not in LYN.

let say i found defect before dp, i can ask mayland to redo? had a general/collecting impression from previous thread on mayland that they might not very responsible on these issue? if so, what option do i have.

But read some that said even quality was bad, still made money. Others swear off this developer.

Saw the showroom and find it is such a waste they make the 1300sqft with dual key. If they do a proper 3+1 layout i think plenty of people will buy it for their own stay.  Maintenance fees is at 0.45 cents!

i visited a property fair at mid valley few weeks ago, noted over 20% unit sold for this project, slow moving at this time as many loan rejected.

yup, many feel that this project is nice, location is great for own stay. But i feel that there are no shops around the area, need to drive 15-20mins to nearby mall for shops. The retail shops located on ground floor is open for sales too, not sure any restaurants or grocery shops will be there.
