If for you the price is not the matter , will you buy higher floor above level 30 ?

i think higher floor then parking space is lower floor right? i will prefer lower floor car park...

Usually this is the case, higher floor unit with lower floor car park lot. My car park is located @ L7

Prefer to not leak out my identity so fast since there's only 200++ unit. 2room type and kinda regret didn't go for 3rooms.
