I think the connecting road is there already.......just they havent open only between IJM and Gamuda.

I Think there is a route to connect between G257 with Mekdi, IJM and Gamuda is completed the road, just not sure on the connecting points of the road is it completed, and when they will open for public usage.

As long as the land is sold with a profit, I think is a correct corporate decision.
Sometimes it is not a bad idea for master developer to sell some portion of their township landbank to other developers, like how Setia sells a portion of land in Setia Alam to PKNS and some individual plots to other developers.

IJM will build the connecting road to 257, but wont be so soon to be opened. I think need to wait till Meta Residence completion they only will open the direct access road to 257 at least 4 years down the road.

Looking forward for Dermaga planning soon beside the Meta Residence.

That plot of land I mentioned is opposite Seruang, which is beside Tropicana Arahsia....
