Not exactly expensive/ high price for my case I can’t afford a landed in PJ/nearer to city thus have to settle at this area so is part of the trade off. These day you can’t really call 800k to 1 million double storey terrace expensive. Have a choice to stay at my condo in PJ but still chose this area over that because of kids

Enough of traffic discussion, conclusion is just bad. We poor people stuck here for because we can’t afford somewhere better. Let’s get back to this discussion when there’s any update on the traffic improvement plan.

Btw, anyone know what’s project behind the arc/club? Seems like they have cleared the land and building some road connection but no launch mention in their FB or website

With the new flyover opened, those coming from Rimbayu or BSP need to be careful going to the right if using RFID. Bloody lorries damn fast!

More information released on the Facebook page and this time round the tenants mix looks much better especially with Jaya Grocer as Anchor now. More food options are opening up and jungle gym are going to open as well. Good enough for a small neighbourhood mall and happy that I can skip the stupid traffic light jam for a u turn that add up to minimum 10-15 mins of travel time for grocery shopping in quayside mall

That bad, huh? But, just based on my visiting the place, it's vibrant. Maybe it wasn't working hours, but by itself, Rimbayu can stand alone quite well. I came from Saujana side, so it was a shorter route compare to via KK.

Leaving at 6am is not bad? Lol….
And u think u get better? With more VP and more move in especially the high rise.
And until need to motor while nice sedan kept at home.

Now the traffic is even worse ever since Lotus's opened last year. The primary Rimbayu roundabout always full of traffic. Previously, not much.

And the commercial areas near Lotus's also full of cars. Even on Sundays!

Kopitiams? Don't bother going on Sundays. Full house! Parking best to park near the mixed rice restaurant. Plenty. After that, walk to wherever u want to dine.

Overall, while convenient is no longer peaceful. Surely car thieves will targeting this area soon due to lack of police balai. So, be careful when going out.

After the snatch thief incident at Eco Sanctuary some years ago, there is hardly any police ronda anymore.

So many strata office/shop lots in this area wonder if commercial demand really that strong

It’s impossible for a township to be successful without the support from neighboring township.

IJM only built own access for own usage, people wouldn’t want to come in.

I have a relative that stays KK always go pyramid as coming in to Rimbayu takes longer, thanks to genius road planning by developers here.

For people from BSP, they go IOI is faster than making a dumb u turn to go quayside, heck even Rimbayu people don’t go quayside due to the dumb u turn.

They just keep building houses but access don’t want to handle.

Last news is Rimbayu submitted the application for the project on Aug 2024 and project should start Mar 2025.
