Honestly,SKVE flyover still have some hope coz the highway just besides and it is still under bandaraya kuala langat...
Other flyover is hopeless including KK ........

Did they asking the permission from MBSA?

All the while only MBKL to take care of this, this project will no implement as long as MBSA doesn't agree on it.

MPKL approved the project, they will get the income of course they sure will priority to do it.
Build the flyover they will keep drag and drag

Conclusion, Dewan Selangor push the ball to MPKL, then, MPKL push the ball to Rimbayu developer.

Solution- Unless the sales of new business unit/property at rimbayu drop seriously , Else, Why Rimbayu developer need to entertain the existing resident?

As long as the sales is no affected, Rimbayu developer don't even care the traffic also.

Why the Big 4 Developer at here want to solve the traffic problem if their sales of property are not affected ?

of course, why developer want to care the traffic? Coz the traffic issue , developer can push the ball the bandaraya Kuala Langat and Shah Alam .As long as their sales no affected, then they will just hand wash and get their profit then run away... Resident at rimbayu just suffer by themselves.

rimbayu township is leasehold the due date is 2111, now only leave 87 year....project flyover ?

The resident at Kg Lombong, Jalan Kebun and BSP thank to the rimbayu project.
It is really bring a lot of convenient, also their land or house become more valuable coz of the exist of rimbayu.

resident at rimbayu pay the fee but resident surrounding there enjoy the facilities..
The lake park at rimbayu as example, the resident from outside more than resident at rimbayu

Correct, but the resident at rimbayu "pay" for it but the park occupied by other ppl.
it is part of the cost when resident own the unit at rimbayu.
Developer just using resident's money to build the park.
