Do anyone know where exactly will be the road leading to WCE, will there be an direct interchange with Rombayu? Try searching online for WCE details alignment can't seems to find one. Since IJM is building WCE, it will be a shame if they don't build a direct connection to their own flagship township.

I think is regarding unnecessary jam due to poor road planning. Like the traffic light in jalan kebun. That one is not jam due to high population. But more like the road design not suit.

Issue with subsale is that you need to fork out a lots of money on DP, Legal Fees, misc fees etc which most young working adults can't afford. Compare to new launch where usually pay 3%-10% of DP and everything else covered by Developer. That is the reason why even subsale may look more attractive but many will still flocks to new launches.

Latest news coverage on uptown (or nadi). In the news it mentioned that a 60,000 sqr feet superstore is in the plan and another f&b drive thru next to McD. Anyone have any news about the superstore? Like aeon max value kind of store?

I talked to an agent too, but I think because it's technically not "released" yet (I think official launch in Sept), so they can't reveal the plan yet.
