Wait until you see the quality of those rectification work.. Those hairly crack will keep repeating.. ponding test failure at every toilet.. You will end up making complaint till the very end of warranty period.

Luckily you are on strata titles. Other Rimbayu phases facing poor landscape maintainance after IJM handing over to MDKL. No more grass cutting etc.. After complain to MDKL only come.. But the work is so so.. Only garbage collection done on time.. IJM already washing their hands off..

IJM just dont care because they still can keep selling their house... Just let the buyer done the quality control..

Well..if u talk about me, I'm an owner too. Just share from my POV.

If my house got defect like that, I'm happy to fill up defect form and submit to IJM, unless it's serious issue like what I said earlier I.e structural.

Just to share that IJM come and repair leaked waterpipe ceiling above my kitchen even though DLP already over.

Just try my luck to go to PMM office and was told that I have no complaint record for that leaking, thus they cannot send workers to rectify it. But anyhow, she is kind enough to send PIC from IJM to come and check
first....and all is done.

Better than M*H.

Previously approval for that flyover was obtained already by the land owner before LBS, which is ........ but then the land sold to LBS and subsequently 'cuci tangan'.
