I think this is one high side. Many residential areas in KK are paying below 150 and some even below 100

to be frank, 500pm x12 = 6000 per year.

this is a lot of money to maintain the living compound.

Also, be prepared for your owned house maintenance although that would be cheaper at a rough 500 per year.

lets us all work harder for better living

rental need to increase too to cover that lol.

Ecoworld terraces rental 3000pm minus maintenance 500pm still got 2500. Homeloan 4500pm minus 2500 = owner subsidised 2000pm

Arahsia terraces rental 2000pm minus maintenance 300pm still got 1700. homeloan 3200pm minus 1700 = owner subsidised 1500pm

Penduline terraces rental 1600pm minus guard fee 100pm still got 1500pm. homeloan 2800pm minus 1500 = owner subsidised 1300pm
