Well... i went into the show room see see, saw a unit location i like, Sales say sorry this one belum launch u must pick other unit... then i say only want that unit... go discuss discuss ini manager itu manager (maybe wayang dun care) book....

buying a dream? Maybe, but now I very happy with a nice house, nice neighbours, nice environment, go work takes 15min more then my old place... its ok for me, slightly more time in car listen to Al-Jazeera

SOme people cannot evaluate objectively once they are too preoccupied with a certain factor. This area is Teluk Panglima Garang leh, its some god forsaken place most people havent even heard off (i mean TPG), expect 15 minutes drive to KL meh...

but I'm happy cause Cheria has a nice environment, got SRJK/Private school for my children, lots of greenery, wife go work shorter travel times than my old place, for all these I sacrifice extra 15 min drive to office.... ok with me.

Want cheap, want no jam, want nice environment... pls let me know when it's found tongue.gif

GOod effort, but unfortunately i personally feel nothing will happen, unless there is a very compelling video (maybe a drone fly over that shows whatever jam is being claimed)... and getting residents to shar eit on their page and hopefully it goes viral, then and only then maybe something can be done, otherwise which of the 4 will wanna fork out tens of millions of dollar to build a flyover and benefit the other 3 guys...

This is easier to do and higher probability as the $$ will come form the govt instead of those 4 private companies.

Scrap the traffic light at the border between KK and Canal City and turn it into a 3 lane roundabout like KK, 2 lane will not be sufficient.

I work in KL and buy in TPG, no complaints, I'm sure anyone who makes a major decision like buying a house would have check the master plan, look at the accesses, look at the units of houses around here before deciding how big an impact it would be.

I have repeatedly mention this jam will get WORSE as the masterplan (when I bougth this house liek 5 years ago) calls for around 20,000 residential units in this area itself, that is nearly DOUBLE the size of Kota Kemuning.

With 4 major developers sharing this huge plot of land, there are ample of opportunity to turns this area into something amazing. Just my biggest Wishlist is to get the traffic sorted and have a Hospital nearby.

Schools, Foods, Vets, Groceries, DIY all these are not a concern in this sustainable township.

Columbia Asia in Bukit RImau is around 15 mins normally, 10 mins on a clear day from Rimbayu main roundabout

With this in mind IJM already pocketed some profit from land sale plus they should be considered as the key developer here since they hold the largest land.

No wrong in asking IJM to improve accessibility in my view.

Not really no, if TA/G257, Eco can sell their million dollar house in the same area, Rimbayu have no issue with their more humble offerings.

Residents petition wouldnt be that impactful, you have alrdy bought their house, they are not trying to get you to buy more...

Only when there is a campaign of information where the developers feel their potential to sell new launching will be impact, only that will spur some action...

Then again, personally i dont think jam is that bad, not any worse then Damansara, Setia Alam, or any popular residential location..
