Well from my experience, IJM will do their best every time house owner complain about the defects. So just fill the defect form and submit to IJM.
Chimes owner here. The phase which many of you here said it's the worst in terms of built quality. Kudos to IJM for being responsible! |

TA will not change the perimeter fencing to be like ES. Period.
You want perimeter fencing like ES, buy a property from ES, not TA. Period. |
