Yes, i also last month aware, their periwinkle increasing to 1.1M onwards.
if they cash flow strong, no harm... just slowly sell.

Around RM868K, but not much units. Mostly are RM890k++ onwards.
Then 906k > 960k > 980k > .... cannot really remember.

But ofcoz early buyer need to pay 2 years interest for nothing and no freebie.

Besides, IJM next phase coming soon, 20*60, 620k around. Previous phase penduline 20*70 launched 630k around if not mistaken.

Type B and C launched 1st so that time 1st patch of people bought it when launching. Then only Type B launched, so the sales is more slow. The emergency gate should be not an issue.
