Sime Darby? Gamuda?

To be honest IJM not on the level of Sime Darby/EcoWorld/Gamuda when it comes to public infrastructure. Just compare the pedestrian walkway you will understand.

I jogged from IJM > Tropicana > Ecoworld. IJM's pedestrian walkway is not well maintained and narrow compare to Tropicana/Ecoworld.

Credit where credit is due, other than the traffic issues I am in love with the master plan and the amenities available. Surely there's always room for improvement.

Phase A?

Starling Phase A is considered done, seems like will VP in less than a month time. Anyone still not joined our Owner Whatsapp group please DM me.

Hard to tell, maybe future phases are all closer to the main hub like commercials and such so they want to ensure all the units looks the same? Lol

Like I said, we need media outreach to tarnish the image of these developers only they will listen. I highly believe IJM already ban me on social media because I constantly spam the petition link to raise awareness.

Getting ready for upcoming event

Sime Darby is different in this sense, their township road is wide and able to cater for the growing population, but their township always build commercial much later thus making it a dead town in the 5 to 10 years span.
