Why fall for their bait? There are many supplies out there in Klang Valley.
*
Hahaha then they bait Proton, Starbucks, McDonalds, and many more too. This is a good township bro. Not great yet, but good enough to be sustainable. Unlike Elmina now, just launch shoplots...

Got news from friend, Robin is the last phase for affordable land houses. The future phases will be sold with premium price tag.

Hi, any expert or local can share your opinions about pros and cons of Rimbayu Robin?
Price seems really low in klang valley area from my survey...
Thinking to invest as a long term savings...
The HOC really stressing me to make decision asap...

Read this to know more about the pros and cons of the township, but for Robin itself. The price is really reasonable and if you are okay with the size then nothing much to complain about.

yeah, didn't you know? this entire project sold out without any showhouse or details about what you're getting with the house. That's how easy it is to sell houses these days.

And they say economy is bad!

Touchwood after few years hopefully dont have tons of lelong unit.

Actually so far - most of the IJM units, most people buy for own stay cause the price relatively affordable. I see the more expensive ones, the occupancy is lower. But IJM one outside of Chimes where one part have the sinking problem, their other project, most people buy for stay. Mine about 90% people move in already. But overall for the price and the area developing fast - I don't think hard to sell this Robin. It will probably sold-off in 10-15 minutes the next release. FYI - the price is not much different than what I paid 3.5 years ago for my own unit, so I think Robin buyers persqft are getting a good deal if for own stay.

If want to buy and invest, keep 5-10 years only maybe can see some money. The commercials just starting but very fast la I would say. 2 years I have been here - from one sad kopitiam, I think soon they will exceed Kota Kemuning the amenities. Outside of a few makan stall, RT Pastry, Zus Coffee and the dim sum outlets, I don't really go to KK for much others.

But for some reason, petrol station belum buka - not sure why so slow. Hahahaha

Planning to send an email or message to more franchises to open here. like Thong Kee, another Zus coffee and etc.

Ecoworld got 1 last parcel as heard
TA has 2 more? anyone heard of the phase G? pre-launch liao

IJM.... have many more parcel of land.
And they suppose to gradually launch residential with high price gua. they let 2 other taikor take the T20 market while they focus on M40
they will work their way towards T20 next

and btw- IJM have not got any high rise yet eh?
*
Not mistaken in a video presentation one of the TA staff mentioned there will be a mall, not quayside but inside their own Township. Perhaps beside of their show gallery.

IJM got Halaman 11 (apartment) and they previously have a Blossom Apartment I think, but macam forfeit.

Edit: https://rimbayu.ijmland.com/blossom Managed to find the site for the Blossom Apartment.

Rank here rank there, in the end you must have the feeling to buy it la. Just like buying car. Checking review here and there, when it comes to placing down payment is all up to emotional feeling.

Eateries cant survice coz no crowd
crowd can choose makan around blossom

So nee anchor tenant bring crowd-
crowd walk then eat then only more eateries come ba.

Too be frank- Sanc Mall is too small to have enough crowd, and the existing tenants also not really crowd pulling, high traffic type. Like the Yoga school or art school- it can bring like 50-100 student per day max.
*
Corner and Kishi is actually pulling some crowds during night time.

Seems like Tropicana Aman also got plan to open mall after seeing the success of Quayside. Who knows later got bridge walk from Quayside to Tropicana Aman's mall opposite of their gallery hahahah. One can only dream

Thats gonna be a VERY VERY long bridge....
I hope Sanctuary mall survives, cause its convenient for me to drop by and grab some milk and stuff, nearby and parking is so much better then Quayside...

Quayside mall parking haram..... more expensive then Pyramid... mad.gif
*
Ya Quayside mall parking really haram, I always park at the rough stone road outdoor parking. Seems like they are building some experience gallery too, not too sure what's that about.

Just curious to see what sort of tenants Nadi business park can bring.

Why park outside? Why not basement parking? Think it's first 1 or 2hrs RM2, most I've paid was RM3 after dinner and groceries there.
*
No choice actually, I bring dog cannot go underground parking.
