as of occupancy rate i don't think its more than 50% likely around 30-40 (and maybe lower that that) but  i guess its OK coz the number seem growing,and i can say this coz i already live there past 6 moths

About wet market normally i bought it at econsave nearby only, super cheap some more  i can say compare to Aeon Big and Hero in KK
Theres also a few kedai kampung along jalan kebun there which is  you  no need to go along the way to KK to buy groceries and also u can pass through to Bandar saujana Putra
theres a few clinics and fast food like burger king and mamak restaurant
i guess I'm really settle down as of now

4 years ago priced at 900k for linked semiD in this area, ijm is too ambitious..

Perhaps boss meeToo can share a better view on this as he was continuous looking at semiD and higher grade of landed property.
