Today i just bought a new laptop with w10 in lowyat...do the shop can help me downgrade to win7?because i have some software need w7 jus can run and the software was something to my job...

you will need to first look up the website of the brand, then see if there are any drivers for windows 7. If no then it will be a pain in the butt to get all of those.

Then its about getting yourself a retail or oem version of windows 7

What software are you trying to run? If it is not intensive you might wanna try setting up virtual Win7 OS, with free software like VirtualBox.

Yes you can - however with a big limitation:

If your laptop has an Intel Skylake CPU (i.e. 6th generation Intel CPU), you are going to receive updates for 7/8.1 until 2018:

After 2018 - only critical updates will be issued to such machines. It is also worth mentioning that future CPUs such as Kaby Lake/Cannonlake will support Windows 10 only. icon_idea.gif
