It was using wacom drivers and the pen box had a replacement nib, but its' Synaptics according to professional reviewers

Pen looks and feels cheap though. The machine feels solid but is quite thick and heavy. The weight was a bit of a shock for such a small device.

I have a sp3 and hate windows 10, the previous 8 was so much better. I have found Windows 10 annoying.

Battery life comparisons would be interesting because the sp3 is around 5 hrs and I believe the Spectre x2 is similar or worse.

What really spoils these devices is that Microsoft store is so poor with apps...no kindle for example and a poor paid version of Google drive. I m not a big app person but without even some basic ones it killed off my use of the sp3 as a tablet device

It is not a thunderbolt 3 port. It's just a USB type C.

1250 grams yep seems a bit overly heavy with cover keyboard, 900g just tablet

Surface Pro 4 is only 786g...

I think go get new bluetooth keyboard by Logitech then...

there is now usb c which supports thunderbolt 3. but im not sure whether the one in acer alpha switch 12 supports thunderbolt 3

wah, nice, but how come not seeing any thunderbolt 3 port as today i was playing the demo set

I asked Acer Malaysia page it says it supports their own eGPU, but very funny they didn't mention about USB 3.1C Support Thunderbolt 3.0.
