Rightfully jmb would have control of the entire building incl carpark.

To be fair its meant for tourists and its fair to charge for and incl owners here bcos revenue generated would help in reducing overhead expensive...

Unless

Someone bought the entire sky deck from developer and the owner uses it as business entity and jmb would charge them commercial rent.

We have 4 treasures already and i believe few more super structures are planned or in progress, incl klcc citi, kempenski, plaza rakyat, bbcc signature tower,

The structure is up, thats all the matter.

I think the revamped plaza rakyat will have its 80 storey signature tower too, if not mistaken.
