Could be very localized to only a handful of units. Nevertheless, when it comes to defects in the unit, if not major, I won't mention much. Defects are part and parcel of a newly VP-ed project. There's processes to handle it and to get it fix. More worried about fundamental issues, such as outright poor design, cramp walkways, poor traffic flow within the carpark...basically, things that can't be easily fix.

All in all, certainly looks decent and good to me.
