Indeed. But mall controlled by developer definitely better than uncontrolled freely retail shop. Hv done some survey and below my 2 cents:
Pros:
-Highest sky bridge in Malaysia.
-Rooftop fine dining.
-Same address with Courtyard Marriotte Hotel
-Mall managed by developer at downstair in-contrast of uncontrolled public retail shoplot of surrounding other projects. And 3 minitues drive to the mall is different feeling from walking down directly through lift. The mall is like for daily use groceries f&b etc cannot compared with Midvalley.
-Concierge at lobby
- fascilities
-Premium finishing and furnishing. Real hotel style look including lift and passage walkway. 6 lifts with each serving different zone
-smart home systems and smart lock
-bursa listed developer
-Shifting of developer HQ and elevator companies to the office blocks. The employees can support the mall and it -also gv assurance the products.
-Just beside river of life and hope some beutifixation could be done
Cons:
Expensive
No public transport
High dense
Jalan off puchong relatively not so prime area
Roads small(was told later will extend)
Airbnb?
Charges applied on rooftop fascilities
Some low costs house at that areas
We wont be sure how well property market is going or how wel is developer in full filling the promises. The reason i get this is for own stay to enjoy hotel style living.
