Hi does anyone know what actually the smart home system comprises of it can be as low as 100 to as high as few thousand. And according to S&P it will be fitted within 4 month after completion (VP). I'm curious about this because I have experienced it before by transforming a 1000sqft unit of around 3 bedrooms. which it takes not more than 2k. smart lighting, IOT control point, etc.
