Why is this property so cheap??

Seriously... freehold + fully furnish (they claim to be RM100k worth)...

600k can buy 900sqf.... average price 650+ psf.... that is real cheap!!!

Even if as previously mentioned RM700+psf is also super low for a freehold + fully furnished apartment...

709k after rebate maybe highest floor 60-66 while 600k for 929sqft is lowest floor ??

if 1 floor 2k difference... imagine 50 floor is about RM100k apart..

That is still cheap .... very cheap compare to some projects like in subang or ara damansara...

709k at 15th floor for 929sqf... and FULLY FURNISH (they even give you kitchenware based on one of the vid I saw.. and the agent said they are worth RM100k).... freehold somemore
