Any sifu can recommend if just based on direction, which is the best unit ya?

Sorry for not being clear, i'm target for corner unit, so most likely is choosing between 3A, 5, 11 or 12, since i'm prefering 3R + 2B unit. Prefer City view over facilities view.

If i'm not mistaken every 1 floor up is +2k.
